Today makes 4-year and 6 months that I have been writing uninterruptedly, on the internet. Since I have been making posts at least once in two weeks. Of course, all these years it has been episodes of joy mixed, with occasional painful angst.

Early on, I embarked on this journey with confidence and candour in the hope that it would be rosy. But no sooner than I started that it all reached a peak that I felt like giving up the adventure. Of course, I resisted the thought each time.

Now, what are those herculean tasks that come to be a blogger? You’ve to be the initiator of the ideas every week. Ideas that are synonymous with your niches or trendings are challenges I do face.

And where do you find such ideas? Such buried ideas are found in deep constant meditations, books, daily conversations, riding public transportations, and social media. Otherwise, you might find yourself in a writer’s block.

Also, you’ve got to keep to the goals of consistency alive no matter what.

Needless to say that being a blogger is synonymous with being an entrepreneur of your craft. An entrepreneur in the sense that you’re the web designer(self-hosted site), editor, marketing manager, financial manager etc.

In fact, when I started nobody told me I would be playing so many roles at a time.

Though discouraged along the way by family members, I have not let the voice of naysayers overcome my passion and drive. Of course, I make posts that are unviewed as much as expected, I do make some that I do not receive feedback. In spite of this, I’m not bothered and deterred.

For you guys out there thinking of giving up, I say do not! Life rewards the brave who stick to the end. Finally, you’re close to your dreams than you imagined!
